You are looking at an awesome 1974 Plymouth Duster that is a great daily driver. It tracks straight and true. It is quick and loves gas. Drive it and engage if you can afford the gas. The 360 engine smokes on start up and possibly needs new valve seals. Possibly could need an engine refresh at some point time. There are many U-tube videos on the builder and former owner’s utube channel, indyme2. Look it over and own this 74 Plymouth Duster with beautiful Patine. The odometer is showing a little over 45600 miles however we presume that it is over 100K. I will almost guarantee that you will not meet yourself at a traffic light in this car. 1974 Plymouth Duster information. It has a Rebuilt 727 transmission with bushings and shift kit. A New B&M torque converter and flex plate, New U Joints front and rear. The 7.25 rear end was replaced with an 8.75 with 3:91 sure grip gears and new axle bearings. It has a Complete rear brake job with New master cylinder and rear brake hose. A New gas tank and sending unit was installed along with New custom exhaust. To make it ride smoother New Torque Thrust II wheels and tires were added. A New dash pad was installed. New upper and lower ball joints were installed along with New upper and lower control arm bushings, New strut rod bushings and New tie rod ends were installed. The Front end had an alignment. Now in addition it has New front rotors, calipers, inner and outer wheel bearings, pads and hoses and New grease seals. The radiator was replaced with a New copper brass oversize radiator and cap along with New radiator hoses. To top it off a New edelbrock intake and AUS II Carb were installed along with a New distributor, rotor button, cap, wires and a new Ignition box. To keep you warm on the cold winter days a New heater core and blower motor was installed. A New Battery, cables and starter were then installed. A New windshield and windshield rubber was installed to replace the original windshield that was fogging up on the edges. Last but not lease Four new floor pans, a New batter tray and a New under hood wiring harness were installed. Things that need completing: Tighten rear view mirror, Change Speedometer and Dash instruments which are included in the trunk. For the controls a heat toggle switch for the fan and manual inline hose valve to turn the heat off were installed. You can own this awesome 74 Duster for only $12,500 which I feel is very realistic for a classic vehicle like this one with the potential that this vehicle has.
